Awetu ('Our Unity' in Swahili), is the first national organisation dedicated solely to working with the public and private sector, user and survivor groups and voluntary agencies to promote and foster the mental well-being of Black and Minority Ethnic individuals, families, and communities throughout Wales.
On this website you can gather information about Awetu, our range of services and the programmes, trips and activities we run as well as finding out about the outreach and educational opportunities we offer.
You can search and browse information about other organisations, projects and initiatives in Wales that are concerned about the mental health needs of Black and Minority Ethnic people and the links Awetu is making with similar organisations in the rest of the UK.
